Most Gifts are created right here in our Mercer County /Burlington County New Jersey Studios . Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We have located suppliers who drop ship some of our specialty gift baskets and unique fruit and cookie bouquets directly to you, this is to insure you freshness and to saving you time and shipping costs. If you need to have your order in a particular location by a particular date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Should air shipping be required to meet your needs, you will be contacted with additional shipping costs for your approval.

Please ensure that the address/shipping information you provide is accurate. Gifts that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information will incur a redelivery/shipment fee equal to the original amount

We ship via Fed-X, UPS, or US Postal Service

Please allow 3 additional days to Hawaii and Alaska. We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments to a Post Office Box, APO/FPO address, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery confirmation is available but online tracking of parcels shipped by Priority Mail is not provided by the Post Office.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LOCAL DELIVERY

There may be times when deliveries cannot be made due to severe weather/unsafe conditions, In the event of such weather conditions, we will deliver the gifts as soon as it is safe to do so.

Local delivery is available to some locations throughout the counties of Mercer and Burlington New Jersey.

Local delivery charges range from $12.00 to $15.00, depending on the final destination of the gift. Residential Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Orders placed before 11:00 am are generally available for same day local delivery.

Commercial Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 10:00 am. And 4:30 p.m. Our courier service guarantees delivery by the close of the business day. Fees are the same as the residential fees outlined above.

Special timed deliveries will be quoted upon request.

Canada: Most gifts being shipped to Canada are sent using UPS Ground Service, at a rate of $16.95 per gift. There may be a surcharge applied to gifts that exceed 15 pounds in weight.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Gifts being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require express service. These gifts must be ordered via the telephone so that we may give you a fair estimate of the shipping fees and to insure their timely delivery.

Worldwide Shipping: International destinations can be shipped to any location/country with an address that receives mail service via the United States Post Office. These gifts must be ordered via the telephone so that we may give you a fair estimate of the shipping fees and to insure their timely delivery. You also have the option of using UPS service, but their fees are typically substantially higher than the Post Office for International destinations.
