Please read all shipping /delivery information carefully

Most Gifts are created right here in our Mercer County /Burlington County New Jersey Studios . Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We have located suppliers who drop ship some of our unique fruit and cookie bouquets directly to you, this is to insure you freshness and to saving you time and shipping costs

If you need to have your order in a particular location by a particular date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Should air shipping be required to meet your needs, you will be contacted with additional shipping costs for your approval.

Please ensure that the address/shipping information you provide is accurate. Gifts that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information will incur a redelivery/shipment fee equal to the original amount

Our shipping charges are entirely separate from the price of your gift basket.
Shipping charges will be shown on the final page of shopping cart.
We cannot guarantee transit times with any carrier.
We add 'delivery confirmation' to all packages shipped via the US Postal Service, but we cannot guarantee anything over than what the USPS guarantees which is delivery to the specified address. It is expected that the recipient will have a secure area for mail delivery.
We will contact you via e-mail or phone if we foresee any shipping delays.
Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons.
Additional lead time may be needed for volume orders.

We ship via Fed-X, UPS, or US Postal Service
Day of shipment, weekends and holidays do not count in transit times.
UPS and FED-X will deliver on a Satrurday for addional fee but they do not deliver on holidays.

Please allow 3 additional days to Hawaii and Alaska.

We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments to a Post Office Box, APO/FPO address, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery confirmation is available but online tracking of parcels shipped by Priority Mail is not provided by the Post Office

Also note, shipping rates are per basket. If you need to have multiple baskets shipped to one location, please call our office for a custom rate quote we are always happy to hear from you.

LOCAL DELIVERY

There may be times when deliveries cannot be made due to severe weather/unsafe conditions, In the event of such weather conditions, we will deliver the gifts as soon as it is safe to do so.

Local delivery is available to some locations throughout the counties of Mercer and Burlington New Jersey

Local delivery charges range from $7.50 to $15.00, depending on the final destination of the gift.
Residential Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Orders placed before 11:00 am are generally available for same day local delivery.

Commercial Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 am. And 5:00 p.m. Our courier service guarantees delivery by the close of the business day. Fees are the same as the residential fees outlined above.

Special timed deliveries will be quoted upon request.
